❓Difference between S700 and S600
The S700 has a low-bar frame, front suspension, different color and is 3-4kg lighter.

❓When will my e-bike be delivered?
Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it ships.

❓Is shipping really free? Any hidden taxes?
Yes — free shipping to the EU, from the EU Warehouse. No extra VAT, import fees, or surprises. What you see is what you pay.

❓Is there a warranty?
Yes! 1-year official warranty on motor, battery, and 2-year warranty on frame. We’ve got you covered.

❓⚠️ Multiple items, or free gifts, are shipped separately
Accessories, free gifts, or other items may arrive in different packages. Smaller items often ship faster. Don’t panic if you get a gift (when included) before the bike. Your e-bike is on the way from a separate warehouse.

❓Do you provide VAT invoices?
No, our prices are final and inclusive. We do not issue VAT-separated invoices, and VAT cannot be reclaimed for business purchases.

❓Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days. Just keep it in ‘as new’ condition and original packaging.
